The Ellis, housed in the historic United Presbyterian Church, is an artist and entrepreneur led performing and cultural hub based in the City of Newburgh, NY. The Ellis will have two floors of interconnected studios, performance, exhibition, and multipurpose spaces, and an outdoor backyard. Its mission is to build community, encourage experimentation and empower curious minds across diverse communities through the free exchange of ideas. Keeping with our mutual commitment to the arts as a catalyst for positive impact on our environment.
